The Ventura Family YMCA Dolphins practice two or three days per week. Practices are held on the following schedule:
Copper: Monday & Wednesday (5:30 pm - 6:15 pm)
Bronze: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (4:15 pm - 5:15 pm)
Silver: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (4:15 pm - 5:15 pm) OR Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (5:15 pm - 6:15 pm) Practice time is based on what was selected upon registration for the swim team.
Gold: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (5:15 pm - 6:15 pm)
Practices are held in the lap pool at the Ventura Family YMCA, located at 3760 Telegraph Road, Ventura, CA 93003.
