Dear Parents,

We are excited to welcome you to the Stuart C. Gildred Family YMCA for our November Swim Meet. We wanted to share several important reminders for the meet.

Location

The Stuart C. Gildred Family YMCA is located at 900 N Refugio Rd, Santa Ynez, CA 93460. This pool is indoors. The meet will run rain or shine, unless there is lightning. We will send additional communication if the meet is affected in any way.

Seating on the pool deck is limited. It is recommended that visitors and swimmers bring folding chairs. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Meet Schedule

This swim meet will be split into two sessions, as described below. Swimmers will only need to attend the session that aligns with their age group. Please note that these sessions are estimated and are subject to change.

Session #1 - Ages 6-10

Warm-Up: 10:00 am

Meet Start: 10:30 am

Session #2 - Ages 11-16

Warm-Up: 1:00 pm

Meet Start: 1:30 pm

A copy of the meet program is available on www.ciymca.swimtopia.com on the day of the meet and is attached to this email.

Volunteers
