This is Coach Eric reminding everyone that we will be having a Pumpkin Relay at Tues/Wed practice this week.

Kids are welcome to wear their costumes before practice (although no hair dye or face makeup please).

We will be taking a group picture for the memory, get in the water for a short workout and then run the pumpkin relays. 

It will be a lot of fun. See you at the pool!
